contact Dr McCashin via email you must give your telephone number and best time
to call back. Credit cards will be accepted as form of payment, and the number
can be given over the phone when the consultation is requested or given. A reply
can be emailed, if preferred, so you can print out the reply. Whenever we have
illustrations to make the answer more clear we will attach it to the email.
