Dr. McCashin was the director-surgeon of the North Carolina Veterinary Research Foundation, which is now the N.C. State Equine Health Center in Southern Pines. He made the transition to private practice in 1977 and is the current owner of Carolina Equine Clinic.
As an event veterinarian for the Federation Equestre Internationale since 1987, he officiates at international events in the disciplines of Jumping, Eventing and Dressage. Dr. McCashin is available for appointments or consultations by request.
