Carolina Equine Clinic is located on beautiful Youngs Road, adjacent to the Moss Foundation, in the horse country of Southern Pines, North Carolina. You'll find us by locating Dr. McCashin's iconic beef cattle; the only cows on Youngs Road!
We offer an in-house laboratory, surgery suite, padded recovery room for minor procedures under general anesthesia, stocks, and a 6-stall barn with paddocks for hospitalized patients. We also have a riding ring for pre-purchase examinations and performance evaluations.
We offer ambulatory (on-farm) service to surrounding areas.
